IMPORTANT: Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using Bangla Ludo ("the App"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Bangla Ludo, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, and your continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Age Requirements

  • You must be at least 13 years old to use this App
  • If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent to use the App
  • The App is not intended for children under 13
  • By using the App, you represent that you meet these age requirements

3. Account and Registration

3.1 Account Creation

  • You may create an account using Google Sign-In or play as a guest
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

3.2 Account Termination

  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violating these Terms
  • You may delete your account at any time through the app settings
  • Upon termination, all your data (coins, items, progress) will be permanently deleted

4. Virtual Currency (Coins)

IMPORTANT DISCLAIMER ABOUT VIRTUAL CURRENCY:
  • No Real-Money Value: Coins are virtual game currency with NO real-world value
  • No Cash Value: Coins cannot be exchanged, redeemed, or substituted for real money or goods
  • No Refund: Coins earned through gameplay, daily rewards, spin wheel, or watching ads are NON-REFUNDABLE
  • Non-Transferable: Coins cannot be sold, traded, gifted, or transferred to other users
  • In-App Only: Coins can only be used to purchase virtual items within the App

5. Randomized Rewards (Spin Wheel)

DISCLOSURE ABOUT RANDOMIZED MECHANICS:
  • The spin wheel feature offers randomized coin rewards
  • Rewards are determined by weighted probability — some outcomes are more likely than others
  • You are NOT guaranteed to receive any specific reward from the spin wheel
  • The probability weights are: 500-coin segment has 2% weight (rarest), while 50-coin segment has 30% weight (most common)
  • No real money is required to spin — one free spin per hour, plus additional spins by watching ads

6. User-Generated Content

6.1 Display Names

  • You must choose a display name that is appropriate and respectful
  • Display names that are offensive, vulgar, hateful, or violate any laws are prohibited
  • We reserve the right to modify or delete inappropriate display names without notice

6.2 Avatar Images

  • You may upload a photo as your avatar, subject to these rules:
  • Prohibited Content: Nudity, sexual content, violence, hate symbols, illegal acts, or any inappropriate content
  • By uploading an avatar, you grant us a license to display it within the App
  • You can delete your avatar at any time from profile settings
  • We may remove inappropriate avatars without notice

7. Voice Chat Conduct

7.1 Voice Chat Rules

  • Voice chat is available during online multiplayer matches
  • You must use voice chat respectfully and appropriately
  • Prohibited: Harassment, bullying, hate speech, threats, sexual content, or any abusive behavior
  • Voice audio is transmitted peer-to-peer and is NOT recorded or stored by us

7.2 Voice Chat Monitoring

  • You can mute individual players during a match
  • You can report players for abusive voice chat behavior
  • Players found violating voice chat rules may be banned from the service

8. Fair Play and Cheating

8.1 Prohibited Activities

  • Using hacks, cheats, exploits, or third-party software to gain unfair advantage
  • Manipulating the app to gain coins, XP, or items unfairly
  • Using bots or automation tools
  • Exploiting bugs or glitches for advantage
  • Selling or trading accounts or in-game items for real money

8.2 Penalties

  • Violations may result in warning, coin/XP deduction, item removal, temporary suspension, or permanent account ban
  • We have sole discretion in determining penalties for violations

9. Intellectual Property

9.1 Our Rights

  • The App, its content, and all related materials are owned by AN Studios
  • All trademarks, copyrights, and other intellectual property rights are reserved
  • You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of the App

9.2 Your Content

  • You retain ownership of any content you provide (display names, avatars)
  • By providing content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use it within the App

10. Privacy and Data Collection

  • Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy
  • Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your data

11. Disclaimers and Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND:
  • We do NOT guarantee the App will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
  • We do NOT guarantee the App will meet your requirements or expectations
  • We are NOT responsible for any damage to your device from using the App
  • We are NOT responsible for any data loss or corruption

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • AN Studios shall NOT be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid (if any) to use the App
  • We are NOT liable for the conduct of other users in voice chat or multiplayer
  • We are NOT liable for any third-party content or services accessed through the App

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AN Studios from:

  • Any claims arising from your use of the App
  • Any violation of these Terms by you
  • Any violation of third-party rights (including intellectual property)
  • Any content you provide that causes harm to others

14. Third-Party Links and Services

  • The App may contain links to third-party websites or services
  • We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third parties
  • Your interactions with third parties are governed by their terms and privacy policies

15. Advertising

  • The App may display advertisements from third parties (e.g., Google AdMob)
  • We do NOT endorse the products or services advertised
  • Third-party advertisers may collect information about your interactions with ads
  • Your use of advertised products/services is at your own risk

16. Modifications and Updates

  • We may update, modify, or discontinue the App (or any part of it) at any time
  • We are NOT obligated to provide support or updates for any version of the App
  • We may add, remove, or change features, items, or pricing without notice

17. Termination of Service

  • We may suspend or discontinue the App at any time with or without notice
  • We may terminate your access if you violate these Terms
  • Upon termination, your right to use the App immediately ceases

18. Governing Law and Disputes

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh
  • Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration
  • Class action lawsuits and collective arbitrations are NOT permitted

19. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

20. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and AN Studios regarding the App. These Terms supersede any prior agreements.

21. Waiver

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not be considered a waiver of those rights.
